Claudio Cerdas Zúñiga fell in love with a picturesque hillside in Tamarindo, and today, his family continues his legacy through the Tamarindo Park Foundation and the creation of this community, which aims to capture your heart as well.

Commercial Space: Future commercial spaces will include coffee shops, spa services, restaurants, and retail shops. A small commercial space next to the community’s second phase will host a weekly farmer’s market, a health center, workspaces, and a coffee shop.

Residential Communities at Tamarindo Park

The Tamarindo Park gated community offers sweeping ocean views and various phases of construction, each with distinct communities:

Hilltop Village (The Hilltop): Located at the community’s entrance, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and downtown, this phase features modern homes that blend harmoniously with the landscape.

Coral Gardens: Plans for Phase Two have been approved and will move forward with renowned architect Richard Müller. Coral Gardens will include a new paddle tennis court.

Future Plans: Future phases will include four more housing communities: The Woodlands, The Reef, The Palms, and Sunset.

The Tamarindo Park Foundation is dedicated to preservation and promises a greener tomorrow. The foundation collaborates with developers, environmentalists, governmental authorities, surrounding communities, and residents to ensure sustainable development and protect the region’s biodiversity. Tamarindo Park has designated 75% of its landscapes to remain preserved, leaving 90 acres for exploration and nature appreciation.
